The project develops an innovative approach useful to youth workers, with the aim of strengthening social cohesion and inclusion among young people. Through engaging storytelling approach, it aims to make self-awarness, emotional intelligence, team cooperation and media literacy accessible, inspiring and relevant to young people, youth workers and teachers.
Activities include workshops, webinars, microlearning course and an internatonal training for trainers in Portugal designed to explore key themes, study and apply new methods to promote cohesion and inclusion. The project foresees various dissemination events, culminating in a final conference in Poland in 2027.
The project will involve over 250 youth workers, offer 12 translated webinar, a Microlearning Course and 15 Method of nn formal education usefull to all youth workers who’s need it. It will also establish a network of 25 trainers and reach around 300 participants through events in five countries, helping to strengthen the link between research and practice.
