International training

It’s a cycle of three training courses about project management. The three international meetings have been structured to better follow the complete cycle of an Erasmus+ project: seeking needs, conception, submission, implementation.

From the 19th to the 26th of October 2015, 30 participants coming from Italy, Estonia, Czech Republic, Macedonia and Bulgaria met in Turku (Finland) for the first of the three steps. They have been working together for 8 days to acquire the competences needed to submit an Erasmus+ project: objectives, target group, official documentation, setting up an international partnership.

between the first and the second meeting, participants worked to fill in the application form to submit to a National Agency to get the grant for the project.

From the 10th to the 17th of January 216 they met again in Tallin (Estonia) and worked to finalize their projects before to submit.

During the period at home the National Agencies published the result of the applications so from the 2nd to the 8th of May 2016, participants met for the last time in Brno (Czech Republic) to start planning the activities of their approved projects, or to analyze the rejected ones and to start thinking to new future collaborations.
